Block Battery V-Mount batteries are compatible with a wide range of professional cinema and broadcast cameras including Sony FX9, Canon EOS C400, RED cinema cameras, Sony CineAlta, Arri Alexa, and Phantom. They also support DSLRs and mirrorless rigs via V-Mount eliminator plates on 15mm rod, ring grip, and shoulder rig builds.

Yes. The SLi-D600, SLi-D1000, and The Protean are all designed to be disassembled or split into sub-100Wh units to comply with airline carry-on regulations for lithium batteries. For example, The Protean splits into two electrically isolated 75Wh batteries, while the SLi-D600 and SLi-D1000 use QuickCell modularity for air travel compliance.

14V batteries power the majority of professional cinema cameras, LED lights, and accessories in standard V-Mount or Gold Mount builds. 28V outputs are required for higher-demand cameras such as the Canon EOS C400 and certain high-draw accessories. The SLi-D600, SLi-D1000, and The Protean all provide both 14V and 28V outputs simultaneously, offering maximum on-set flexibility.

UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) mode allows a battery to charge and power connected devices at the same time without interrupting the power output. This means you can plug in your charger mid-shoot and the camera or light continues running seamlessly — eliminating costly downtime between charges during long production days.
